Along with the traditional 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD) interference and layout methods, Adelt Mechanical Works is committed to the future of 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM is today’s most advanced project management strategy. Utilizing 3D models from architects, engineers and contractors Adelt’s construction team can build a computerized virtual model of the entire building including its MEP and HVAC systems before ground is even broken. This approach allows us to more effectively control fabrication and installation costs, coordinate with associated sub-contractors, and more especially, to meet the schedule requirements of the general contractor, providing accurate and on time project completions.
